(Ankabooth ) 29 : 8

And We have advised upon mankind to deal in the best with parents; but if they compel you to make associates with Me that of which you have no Knowledge, you don’t obey them; to Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.

The Lord says by calling the believers through verse 3: 100: “If you obey anyone among the Fujjar, they would turn you back as disbelievers after you have believed”. It is told in verses 31: 14-15 “The mother carries her child in her womb suffering weakness upon weakness, and the child’s weaning takes two years. So be grateful to the Lord and your parents; to Lord is your final return. But if they compel you to make associates with Lord of which you have no Knowledge, you shouldn’t obey them, but you accompany them in the worldly life with appropriate kindness and you follow the way of those who turn back into Lord. Then to Lord, you all will return, and I will inform you about what you used to do”. Knowledge is one of the 40 names of Adhikr. So the believer shouldn’t follow or obey anyone who is against the dos and don’ts of Adhikr which is the Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book. See explanation 5: 104-105; 9: 84-85 and 17: 23-24.
